Use the PacHP advanced autotuning for exceptional performance​

PacHP servo drives feature industry-leading autotuning technology that automatically optimizes loop parameters to match your machine’s unique dynamics. By streamlining commissioning and reducing trial-and-error adjustments, the PacHP delivers efficient setup, stable operation, and superior motion accuracy even under challenging loads or harsh conditions.
This autotuning minimizes reduce following error, reduces settling time and suppress vibrations to ensure smooth, precise motion.

The “Minimum settling time” selection on the Auto-tuning function allows to get a very short position loop response time.
This feature allows to fulfil the requirements of high-rate indexing application.

The “Gain scheduling” feature on the servo loop tuning allows to improve the servo loop performances in case of controller gain limitation due to the position sensor resolution, position sensor noise, position sensor error, or mechanical disturbances (backlashes, elasticity, frictions).

The use of notch filters allows significant performance gains in certain cases of mechanical resonance on the axis, when the resonance frequency is close to the closed-loop bandwidth
