All Infranor Sales and Engineering units offer their customers excellent support services. The type of service and policy may vary from country to country to offer the best practical solution available for the local customer.


Your local Infranor partner and the Infranor Support Center can provide you with training courses that fit your needs:

  • to specific customer requirements

Telephone Support

Our first-level of support is by telephone and often leads to a quick solution for problems experienced in the field.

On-site Support

We can offer you the appropriate support on site for:

  • Problem analysis and consulting
  • Start-up and commissioning
  • Troubleshooting

Spares & Repairs

Spare parts and repair services are guaranteed by Infranor for all of our products for at least ten years after abandonment of production. If spares are no longer available and repair is not possible, your local Infranor partner will be more than happy to suggest an appropriate substitution.
